RAGÙ PIZZA

This pizza is an absolute treat with the meaty, rich, and savoury ragù as a base for your pizza. Delicious!

Prepare your favourite ragù and use it as a base. Then add a generous amount of fresh basil leaves.

Add a drizzle of olive oil, and some fresh fior di latte.

Finally, drizzle over 2-3 tablespoons of a creamy, garlicy bechamel sauce (for this I just simmered some slices of garlic in butter, prior to adding the flour and milk for the bechamel).

Bake the pizza at about 450°C at a low flame for about 90 seconds, or until you’re happy with the crust.

Top it with a generous amount of fresh parmesan and voilà! Perhaps one of the best tasting pizze, you’ve ever had.
