INGREDIENTS
- A ball of pizza dough after your preference (e.g. Bagerkokken’s poolish dough)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- ½ cup of roughly chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup of parmigiano flakes
- ¼ cup of parmesan flakes
- 1-2 drizzles of truffle oil
- 1 twig of thyme
DIRECTIONS
- Shape your dough into 1 pizza
- Add all the listed ingredients except the parmigiano, parmesan, truffle oil and thyme
- Bake the pizza in your ETNA oven for approx. 60 seconds, or until finished
- Generously drip the parmigiano, parmesan and truffle oil onto the pizza and add the fresh thyme
- Enjoy!
